Hey,
If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’re a talented, ambitious entrepreneur or high-performer.
You’ve taken a leap of faith to bet on yourself and you’re growing a career or business with a lot of potential.
You’re motivated.
But now you’re stuck.
You realize that what got you here won’t take you to the next level.
But there’s something you’re not clear on: "Exactly how do I get to the next level?"
Well, you can read all the books, buy all the courses, and attend all the seminars you possibly can. These are certainly important, but the results can be slow, and the path unclear.
What if you want results faster?
Alana, an entrepreneur wanting to take her business to the next level, asked that same question.
Let’s take a peek at what Alana’s typical day looks like.
Alana wakes up at the sound of her alarm.
She feels a little sluggish. So she presses the snooze button to stay in bed longer.
While laying in bed, Alana reaches for her phone.
She checks her notifications, emails and social media feed. She responds to urgent messages.
After 30 minutes or so goes by, Alana rolls out of bed.
Alana pours a cup of coffee. It’s what gives her energy to take on the day.
Alana walks into the bathroom to shower. But before she gets in the shower, she looks at herself in the mirror.
She feels embarrassed by what she sees looking back at her.
She experiences disappointment immediately.
She knows she should workout more. Of course.
She just doesn’t have the time or energy to do it, consistently.
Plus, her recent attempts to workout failed after a while. So she pushes the idea aside reassuring herself she’ll get back to it — when she has more time.
Alana takes a shower.
She has plenty of ideas she wants to pursue on top of what she’s doing in her business.
They flash into her mind right now.
She gets excited just thinking about them.
After she gets out of the shower, Alana brushes her teeth.
Her mind begins to race as she thinks about everything she has to get done today:
Emails.
Hustle to generate new leads.
Meetings.
Create new content.
Follow-up with clients.
She thinks about those exciting ideas from the shower again.
But she already chases too many things and ends up accomplishing nothing. So she tells herself, “Focus!”
She sits down next to her computer to create a list of things to do for the day.
She creates a to-do list. But in the back of her mind she’s not really sure it will get her to where she really wants to be - at the next level.
She’s not even certain she’s working on the right things...
“What are the right things I should be working on?” she wonders aloud.
She doesn’t know for sure. She feels scattered. But she knows she needs to take more action or else she won’t get there.
So she begins hammering away at her disorganized to-do list.
Some days she completes the list.
Most days she doesn’t.
Her days feel chaotic and unstructured.
And Alana experiences days like this more than she cares to admit.
At the end of the day, Alana knows she worked hard though. Right?
But she doesn’t feel like she took enough action to get the results in her business that she needs.
She goes to sleep stressed, feeling like she needs to do more.
So. She wakes up the next day, and does the same process. All over again.
Do you relate to Alana?
We're tricky sometimes.
You get motivated, but then a few weeks later, you lose the motivation because you’re not making the progress you envisioned for yourself.
Then you’re back into the vicious cycle again.
You think you need to work harder, when really: you need to get to the root of the problem.
The answer might surprise you...
The problem is that you don’t have clarity on the few critical dials to adjust that will completely catapult your momentum.
In other words, you don’t know where you should start.
And you don’t have a research-rooted system that will take you from where you are right now — to where you want to be.
Because of that, you feel overwhelmed.
Over time this turns into a sort of depression because you feel stagnant with no clear solution in sight.
We’re terrible at this!
I have been, and there’s a good chance you are too because you’re reading these words.
You become motivated to take action. But you’re just making a best guess at where you should focus your limited time and energy, so you’re missing out on the results.
The problem is that you don't even trust yourself to know what actions you should be taking.
You end up falling short, then feeling lost.
If you don’t make a big change quickly, you’ll wind up next year in the same place you are now.
That will leave you feeling stuck, disappointed because you never accomplished your goals or realized your full potential, and wondering, “What if…?”
The feeling of regret is the worst feeling of all.

Rob Collier
I remember where I was...
I was in my apartment, by myself.
I had a heavy decision that was weighing on me.
Do I stay or do I go?
Inside of me, I knew the decision I had to make.
But so often, even when we know the right decision to make, we choose not to take that action.
This time was different.
I went through an exercise.
I imagined myself at 80 years old.
At the end, I knew exactly what I needed to do.
That year, I:
The process works like this.
We first identify your most important goals, or the life you want to create over the coaching period, and we call this your snowball.
Not 100% clear yet on what your most important goals are for the year?
Don’t worry.
I will provide you with access to a powerful, proven, research-driven system for setting and achieving your goals.
This way, we both have absolute clarity on your goals.
Then we reverse engineer your goals and ask:
“What’s the smallest action that we can take to create the biggest result?”
This uses the same universal law as the 80/20 principle which says that 20% of your efforts produce 80% of your results.
Example of this are:
We establish 1 to 2 fundamental agreements that will help you in establishing a foundation AND the proper mindset to accomplish your goals.
These agreements will get you into action immediately — to prime you for achieving your goal while reducing overwhelm and disorganization.
We add agreements slowly over time to help you develop the consistency you need to produce sustainable, impressive results.
Next, we implement the Your Best Year Review System to consistently review your goals on a daily and weekly basis in your business and life.
We know that what gets measured gets managed.
So we measure your progress systematically.
This helps to be clear on what you need to do each week and each day to accomplish your goal.
This eliminates confusion and the habit of simply crossing off random “to-dos” on your “to-do list” that don’t actually get you anywhere.
Then, I personally hold you accountable to achieving your goals.
Throughout the process, I’ll provide you with even more resources (like highly-recommended books, actionable videos, and encouraging advice) tailored to your specific situation to upgrade your mindset and grow your business to the next level.
All the way being with you in the trenches. Every single day.
I work with my private coaching clients for periods of 90 days. I’ve found that this is the perfect amount of time to not only commit to your success but also help you to develop a long-lasting foundation so that you can go on to flourish without me, if you choose.
Why do we start off with 1 to 2 agreements in the beginning?
Many coaches aim to do too much, too soon. Overwhelming you with way too many tasks, too early in the process.
You can think about the Your Best Year process like a snowball.
We ask a critical question: “What’s the smallest push we can use to start this snowball?”
See, snowballs get bigger with each push… and so do your results if you keep pushing in the right amount each day.
The trick is to push as carefully as possible without losing momentum or getting off track.
In the beginning, starting with too large of a snowball is actually a detriment…
You’ll never have the motivation to keep pushing it.
But start with the right size snowball…
And push it, day after day, in just the right amount, in just the right direction so that you remain motivated without getting burned out or distracted....
And that snowball could turn into an avalanche.
This is the end result of the Your Best Year:
We turn a tiny amount of starting action into an avalanche of results in the most relaxed way possible.
And the outcome should be beyond anything you’ve ever accomplished before.
And there’s a good chance it will should last beyond our time together. Because I’m not fishing for you. I’m teaching you a different, better way to fish for yourself.
Are you ready to experience the best year of your life?
*NAMES ARE PROTECTED TO MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY
You're an entrepreneur that wants to amplify your focus to take you to the next level AND you know that you want accountability to accomplish your big vision over the next 90 days to 1 year.
You're a high-performing professional and want proven leadership in the areas that actually make the difference between achieving your goals and falling short.
Whatever you’re imagining…
… they can be real.
If past years (or even this year) didn’t measure up, don’t give up.
Most coaching and traditional systems don’t give you enough clarity, support, and research-proven structure to succeed.
Our time together isn’t meant just to provide you with a short-term, "quick fix" to your burning problems.
It’s meant to change your life.
The habits, lessons and from YOUR BEST YEAR eXperience will radically alter your day-to-day experience for the better.
That’s because I’ve designed this program not just only to transform this year…
But also to change the deeply ingrained habits that require reprogramming to transform your life.
There’s a very good chance you will look back at the person that you were before you started and be astounded at the difference.
Whatever would make this your best year, you have the potential to achieve it.
You just need clarity on your goals, a system to help you achieve them, and accountability to make it across the finish line.
