A note from Rob
I wanted more from my days.
I was working a full-time job while building a business on the side. I knew I was capable of more, but my days weren't reflecting what mattered to me. That question became the work I now do with founders.

Why I began with myself
I had ambition and a business I wanted to build. But alongside my full-time job was a nagging sense that I wasn't becoming the person I wanted to be.
I could make a plan. Making room for it when work and life competed for my attention was another matter. I began to question the difference between having goals and actually living by them.
So I went to work on myself. I studied hundreds of books and learned from dozens of mentors to understand how lasting change takes hold. I wanted to make what mattered visible in how I spent an ordinary day.
I couldn't build a different life by repeating the same day.
In a single year
- Left my full-time job to become an entrepreneur
- Delivered a TEDx talk to 600+ people live
- Stopped drinking alcohol for one year
- Built sculpted six-pack abs
- Became a vegetarian for three years
- Hosted four events for my business, including an Entrepreneurs Dinner on a private yacht
- Helped my mom launch her events and coaching business
- Earned $1,000 for one hour of my time for the first time
What matters to me now
Since then, my business has grown, and I've had the chance to coach leaders and teach what I've learned. But I don't want my story to end on a stage or a balance sheet. I want to be a present husband, lead with faith and integrity, and use what I build to serve other people.
That is why I recognize the founder whose day is consumed by urgent demands even when the most important work is clear. Dominate Your Day grew out of the work I first had to do for myself.
What I believe
If my business grows but I disappear from my own life, I haven't won.
That's the work behind Dominate Your Day, a personalized 90-day coaching engagement for founders. We look closely at what's pulling you from your priorities and build practical systems for following through. If you recognize yourself in this story, I'd be glad to talk about what you're building.
